Newark team yesterday.. I have to say outstanding customer service. Did all the hard stuff for me. All I had to do was sign a document and accept the new contract. Super easy.. Well done 🙏👌

Popped in the Three for a general enquiry and meet with Sally over a couple of Sundays on the latter visit with Louise too.
Very impressed with discussing my query, patience in allowing us to dwell on choices available very informative about keeping my number. All without the pressure. I moved my account to Three. My wife who works with customers was highly impressed with the service too. Sally and Louise are a credit to the branch and to future customers.

I went into 3 store in Newark to upgrade my phone and broadband. Chad, who looked after me was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He looked at all the options I had for upgrading and outlined all the costs. Very positive visit, with fantastic customer service.

Bailey & the rest of the staff were friendly & extremely helpful. Helped me get a new deal that included everything I needed & exceeded my expectations. Definitely recommend talking in-store rather than trying to sort on-line.
