This Newark store is excellent , and the staff are so friendly and helpful. Normally we see Chris but he was busy so a young lad called Chad served us, he was obviously newish to this job, and very good at it too. He helped us sort out our queries and even sold us a cracking new deal. He was also up for some banter and a laugh. Which is important to us. Thank you Chad. 👍

Very impressed with discussing my query, patience in allowing us to dwell on choices available very informative about keeping my number. All without the pressure. I moved my account to Three.
