Came in to upgrade my phone. Caleb was really helpful. Caleb explained all the tech lingo in a way I'd understand when asked. Caleb didn't mind that the baby was handing him toys during the upgrade. Great guy.

First Three experience
When I went in today Hannah and Darren went above and beyond to help me try and set up a new contract. We had a few issues at first, but they kept trying and never gave up until we resolved the problems. They were efficient, kind, polite, funny, and kept apologising for the delays, even though it wasn't their fault! Couldn't have asked for better customer service, or better deals. Highly recommend Three!
