Since knowing about Thru dark I go back and order more, yes they’re a bit on the pricey side but the clothing are quality, hard wearing and they’re lovely

I purchased a couple of bits with Thrudark and had to return one Item as it was slightly big.
These guys offer you credit and return so you’re not out of pocket.
I was then able to order the replacement and took the option to return for a refund.
This didn’t take long at all and I had the replacement item a day later.
If you don’t send back the unwanted item you don’t receive the refund so it’s a simple as that.
Clothing is made with quality materials with the peace of mind they offer you should the items you’ve purchased fail in any way they will repair or replace.
This obviously doesn’t apply to wear and tare.
Thrudark do a massive selection on clothing and accessories so for whatever your needs there’s something for everyone.
I guess you can see why this retailer runs with military precision based on these guys background.
Seems to be a no nonsense purchase between the retailer and the customer.

Would definitely order again in the future.

Ive purchased numerous items from Thrudark, ever since they first started. I contacted them after an item was deliverer in a poor, unwearable condition.

After 3 WEEKS i finally recieved a reaponse advising me to 'steam it'.

When trying to return it, i find i have to pay for the experience!

Thrudark has lost its way and become just another brand.

I will never purchase from them again.

Ordered the lunar grey Veles jacket in XL as I already own the orginel Veles in black. I had seen several reviews mention the sleeves seemed slightly short, but to my absolute dismay, they were not just a little short, a t-rex would have returned complaining just how short they are. I am 6.4" so most XL items from ThruDark fit bang on, however this jackets sleeves barely came past my elbows when stretching arms forward! The worst part is I love the colour and reimagined style, but those sleeves are an absolute joke.

Really disappointed with the quality of the Covert Shirt and the customer services from Thrudark. I’ve ordered a number of shirts and really liked the ones I’ve had and then ordered another of the Covert Shirt in grey and the shirts cuffs are significantly smaller than the others I have purchased. I’ve contacted customer services which took almost two weeks to confirm it was a manufacturing defect and I was so do a return for a replacement.

I’ve today had a replacement and it’s defective again. New return done and awaiting a refund.

(I can’t prove it but it seems to me they sent the same shirt back to me as the cuffs were undone when it was delivered.)

Excellent service quick delivery and very good quality products a little expensive but you get what you pay for I believe.

Been a thrudark customer for a long time and a black ops member. Recently I have seen a drastic decline in customer service, which has left a bit of a bitter taste.

Recently completed several orders, one of which I returned due to sizing. Previously the return process has always been seemless, this time round it was awkward and took far too long. I emailed to enquire what was going on and still have received no response some 2+ weeks later.

Another recent order was faulty on delivery, took 5 days to get a reply, returned the product for exchange Monday, replacement still not dispatched. This is simply unacceptable.

I have also emailed about another matter and still no response. I am really disappointed and I don't want to be, as I have truly embraced the brand over the years and the ethos. If you read this please take note and make changes now.
