Been a thrudark customer for a long…
Been a thrudark customer for a long time and a black ops member. Recently I have seen a drastic decline in customer service, which has left a bit of a bitter taste.
Recently completed several orders, one of which I returned due to sizing. Previously the return process has always been seemless, this time round it was awkward and took far too long. I emailed to enquire what was going on and still have received no response some 2+ weeks later.
Another recent order was faulty on delivery, took 5 days to get a reply, returned the product for exchange Monday, replacement still not dispatched. This is simply unacceptable.
I have also emailed about another matter and still no response. I am really disappointed and I don't want to be, as I have truly embraced the brand over the years and the ethos. If you read this please take note and make changes now.

Bought loads of their gear as it’s really hard wearing, great quality and although some may be put off by the price, really good value for the high quality products. Even the t shirts are hard wearing, hold shape and are great quality. Love their stuff! And so does my partner…
