Arrived on time and investigated and repaired my issues quickly and without any trouble. Very responsive by email as well.

I recently had an electrical issue at my home where the main fuse box was damaged. Tony, the owner of The Electrical, personally attended and replaced the fuse box to an excellent standard. His two engineers also carried out a thorough inspection of the entire property and checked every possible source of the fault.

We had problems with the installion of a new dual fuel cooker, and Tony came over promptly, diagnosed the problem and gave us several options for solving the issue, and when I decided to just send the new cooker back, he even researched what a suitable replacement cooker could be for me. A very nice guy, and a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend him.

We were having issues with our EV charger being very slow. Just before going on holiday on a Sunday in the middle of preparing lunch, something tripped my main RCD and I could not switch it back on….so no power!
Looked online and found THS Electrical and called them out for an emergency call out.
The guy turned up very prompt and was very polite and after running some tests on some circuits and the consumer unit he managed to resolve issue and get my power back on.

THS were very quick to respond to my query and send someone out to change bathroom lights and lounge light fitting. Job was done efficiently and very competitively priced. I did have to call back regarding a slight problem that occurred after one job had been done and this was quickly rectified within a matter of hours.
