Beware of Import Duty.
Thunders Love Socks tick the ‘customer covers all costs box’. Nearly 25& additional cost!
Also the quality has deteriorated massively over the last couple of years. Socks do not last very long.

Great marketing. Poor product. The socks look soft and luxurious but feel like a fishing net for feet. The product fails to live up to any/most of the claims made by the manufacturer.

I really like the style of these socks and I like to support small companies. Sadly both pairs I have bought have developed holes very quickly, so I’d say they are not very durable. Their customer service seems to be lacking too because they have never replied to my email when I reached out to them. I’ll take my business elsewhere I guess. A great shame.

Wish I had read the reviews below before ordering.The Sunday Times needs to review its contributors where this Company was promoted. Total disaster.

WARNING: DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. This company is untrustworthy and unethical in their operations. They fail to pay their contracted suppliers for the work produced for marketing purposes. The owner's extreme unprofessionalism has led to outstanding payments for completed work. AVOID.

I had the same experience as previous reviewers. I followed the process on their website to cancel orders but I had no reply and still received them. I was advised i should refuse delivery but that is not possible to do. I sent them back following the returns process but they returned them to me - twice! - that cost me £20.Now they do not answer my emails. I have not been able to return them. I feel like they have stolen from me.

This Company is a Scam. I never receive my order. They told me it’s because I choose national postal service but it’s almost 2 months and I dont receive my order.
They block me in Instagram because I write a bas comment about them. And they don’t answer me by email.
Shame on you Thunders Love. You steal the money of poor people. 90 euros lost !!

I have ordered before Christmas, I have never received anything.
I have requested a refund, no news.
I have been told that I hadn't given the address! But obviously I had given the address during the order!
Now I am being sent one of the 6 pair of socks I had ordered. No news about when I am going to receive the other ones. I want a REFUND as these were Christmas gifts. But I have no news.

They do not follow their own returns procedure.
They’ll tell you to send it back, perfectly packaged, and then refuse to accept it.
Desperately bad customer service, all further contacts ignored. I don’t even know about the product, but they might have good reasons not to accept returns. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

I've been stupid enough to buy 2 or 3 times from Thunders Love because they make pretty socks! But each time I've regretted it badly as the socks dont last for more than 2-3 weeks. Then they will be with big holes, especially at the heel as they are made really bad with a very thin and loose structure. And with a price of 20-25 BP that's a bit expensive. I will never buy any Thunders Love socks in my life!

Do not order from these people. They will not fulfill. Despite many, many polite and reasonable emails THUNDERS LOVE absolutely failed to make good on a 60 euro order I made in early December. I took the case to Paypal disputes and it was resolved in my favour (because I had abundant proof of the company's shameless delinquency). Do not waste your money and time on these wildly expensive items (which you will probably not receive anyway). And don't let their happy-happy cutesy-cutesy socials fool you, either; they are rip-off artists.

Whatever you do - PLEASE PLEASE DON’T PURCHASE ANYTHING from this website; it’s 100% a scam!!
I returned a ridiculously overpriced and terrible quality hat and they are denying ever receiving it. I am now out of pocket £90. They are liars, scammers and they will steal your money…

I originally bought TL socks on Mr Porter and like them. Thought I would buy direct next time. Didn’t realise that they are sent from Spain or Portugal. They took 7 days to arrive. I emailed TL about delivery and received an unhelpful email in Spanish.
Won’t do that again….

I bought some socks from a U.K. retailer. I like them. At the beginning of December I placed an order directly with them for a beanie, a scarf and socks. They were presents. Both arrived after Christmas poorly packaged in make shift cardboard and taping, it definatley wasn’t from a brand that cares about their look,i returned the scarf and beanie as I thought the quality poor for €210 and thought I might as well keep the socks. I returned the good via post office, tracked and signed. I have proof that they arrived but was fobbed off, eventually they say they found them but there is postage to pay, despite emailing proof of payment, I still haven’t had a refund and will now got through the bank for a chargeback. These guys have no customer service at all , it’s a marketing exercise and a warehouse in Spain despatching them to unsuspecting people via Instagram.

Ordered 9 pairs 1 month ago. Never received! Pleade be careful. Customer service never got back to me.

Their customer service is as poor quality as their socks. I bought five pair of their recycled cotton socks and after a year not one sock is wearable. Elastics began pulling out after a few washes, holes started after a month or two. Their claims to quality and environmental commitment amount to lipstick on a pig. When I wrote their customer service department and complained I received no response.
My constructive criticism...be honest about your socks: they are meant to be used for sock puppets, not walking. And respond to emails from customers.

Have not received my socks ordered 24. April (!) I have written several email, but customer service is not responding. No socks and no refund. This surely is fraud company? I’ve read similar customer reviews by people not receiving socks nor money back.

I never received my socks (not Thunder Loves fault), but I know that UPS have closed the case with Thunder Love and it is up to them to either refund the money or send me some new socks. I have been writing to them several times the last month, but I don't hear anything from them.

These socks don’t come cheap, but the quality of design, knit and customer service is truly amazing. Manufactured in EU (Portugal).
