I am very satisfied with Finnair's overall services. However, my main issue was the language barrier. A lot of the information was only provided in Finnish, and I struggled to find the necessary details in English. If they improved their English communication, the experience would be perfect.

It gave me 3 hours of chaos in my mental health. I write a review for the ones who would have the same experience. Fortunately this website is not a scammer's. It's just fuxxing shit. Don't worry, money will go back to your account soon.

First time I boght ticket from ticket.fi and it will be my last. My 16 years old daughter should fly alone transfer thru Munchen but some reason ticket.fi has canceld her first flight and she could not fly there. Unfortunately they dont have customer service phone in Sunday, so i called airline companies and both said Ticket travel agent have canceld my daughter first flight ticket for unknow reason. Second ticket from Munich to destination was issued but no use, if she could not get to Munich. I had to pay extra money to find new ticket, plus expenses to travel back and forth from airport. Avoid this company, big scam.

I have paid the flight ticket booking and no confirmation of flight ticket was received. After about 8 hours of the payment, I called to the phone number of the Finnish site in their official calling hours (only 10:00-14:00 week days. no calling time for weekend), and called to a few offices in Sweden also, however, no one answer. Then next day an email was received about no ticket available.

Careful with the terms! Because I'm not Finnish I'll leave an English review here for the international warriors trying to figure out whether to go with this company or not. This is just about the Cancellation Guarantee. I paid 434,11 for the flight and 55,11 to be able to cancel. When I cancelled, they deducted another 55,11, so instead of the 434,11 I paid for the flight tickets, I got back 379. In their terms they've mentioned: "Saat kaikki rahat takaisin lukuun ottamatta takuusta maksamasi summan sekä omavastuuosuuden, joka on yhtä suuri." Basically, when you cancel, they take off a "deductible" that is the same amount as the Cancellation Guarantee itself. So effectively, I paid 110,22 for cancelling. Legally they can do this, I guess. Misleading and god damn annoying nevertheless. Two stars because otherwise the money came back fast.

Totally scam. They issue a cheap ticket and obviously it gets cancelled within a day and certainly they offer refund for a good amount of money, though it's not my fault as airlines cancelled the reservation. And don't know when I will get my money back. This is how they are doing business. I heard about this website before that they issue tickets and tickets get cancelled. But I wanted to try and got scammed. It's my first and last time I use this money making website. Never again.........

Big scam…horrible

It's a scam!
I bought tickets for the whole family. Ticket.fi sent us the booking numbers, but did not confirm us on the flights. Nobody answered the phones (even ticket.se and ticket.dk, even though I still called during working hours). Nobody answered an e-mail in time. Even the phone number for urgent matters that I got from airline company did not answer. As a result I had to buy al new tickets from elsewhere in the very last minute (I had car rentals and hotels already paid at destination). Ticket.fi has not apologized nor anything, they still keep ignoring the e-mails. Haven't got any refund either. Plus, since travelling with family I remember that when buying the tickets the luggage (23kg per pax) was included, but at the airport it was told by airline company that the travel agency has booked only the eco light option (meaning 8 kg hand-bags only). Again I had to pay extra. When checking the tickets there was nowhere mentioned how much baggage is allowed, so it is difficult to claim this, but still I feel like I was double-scammed.

I did accidentally forget 1 letter to add it there ,but ticket.fi customer service don’t want to add one letter ,they want I buy new tickets.bad service

Include your seat charges in the ticket price. This practice of separating prices isn't fair to the. Customers. My second time buying flight tickets with you and probably the last.

The price did not include carry-on luggage. This was notified by email AFTER I had paid for the flights. Needless to say, 80€ extra cost for a short flight was not a nice surprise.
