Venue was excellent. The Mezz restaurant feels inviting and high quality.
Unfortunately the beef meal had vegetables that were al dente to the point where one required a chain saw to cut.
Peter Kay was just Ok; I laughed twice. The ending was excellent

Excelent service ......going to use again

The most horrible music event that I have ever had with the poorest security operation in front of the stage. I was assaulted by a woman next for a long time and called the security. They didn't stop the criminal offending and beating me up harder. I was screaming many times when the woman doing me harm in more aggressive manners. All were happening just in front of the securuty. They agreed I was being injured at the time THERE. But they did not take her away and secured her position better beside me, which was unbelievably a big nightmare.

Moreover, they even told untrue things to the paramedics who walked by and I asked for some care support.
The security later reported to the police with untrue stories, as well. I felt it even worse. Obviously, they were avoiding their responsibility.

I left there before the headliner act. Pains were increasing and it was very unsafe with the criminal still positioning next to me. I was being separated from friends. My friends didn't recognise soon how badly I was assaulted and got hurt. The crowds nearby did not realise what was really happening there?? Unfortunately, things were like that. So, I left there.

Lineups, their acts and other event staffs, organising staffs seemed to be pretty good. Other venue staffs who I communicated with were very human.
I missed enjoying the most of the music. It was hard to concentrate on the stage performance. I had to get injured much more than necessary due to lack of security control. Minor injuries I gained - but bringing in severe pains later. I am now suffering from it, even harder than when I was staying in the venue. More than a disappointment.

Some antisocial behaviour acts would happen in music live events. This was the worst experience to me. I heard that the last year show there had a tragedy in the field, as the securitues were not controlling the crowds.

I would not recommend this event to attend unless they improve the security management issues.

The price was great. Had a good view of the stage. Venue superb.
Had a wonderful day, and would definately purchase from you again.

Great event and venue. I think that there should have been hand sanitizer at the very least for the toilets as quite grim. Also before it gets dark the camera men are too visible

We had a nightmare trying to download the tickets on the o2 app at the last minute. It was very stressful and not communicated by Ticketmaster at all. We weren’t the only ones struggling and it really spoilt the build up to the show as I was pretty stressed. I think you can do better Ticketmaster

Great event and tickets were easily accessible

No problems getting in, staff are helpful and friendly, great view from the seats at the back in red sector, great sound quality as well from the PA, couldn’t find a t shirt which featured all three bands

Fine, necessary for getting a ticket to the event I wanted to go to.

Easy to buy tickets at a reasonable price, easy to download then to my digital wallet and use on the day. The event was well organised plenty of staff on hand to help with security and checking of tickets to gain entry into event. Likewise at the end of the performance plant you staff around helping with directions to trains, buses and taxis. great selection of food and drink a the event at Crystal Palace Bowl.
