Never buy VIP tickets for Crystal Palace Bowl. Absolutely no view of artists on the stage! Not enough seats at intervals. We had a drink at the VIP Bar and then out to the main arena to watch the show. The main arena queue went in faster than the VIP line too. We felt sorry for the security staff, who were incredible, but were inundated with complains about the same thing. An absolute waste of money on VIP tickets and totally misinformation at point of sale.
The show it’s self was fantastic.

No problem buying the tickets but wouldn’t get VIP at crystal bowl again it was to the side of stage far away couldn’t see anything vip bar was ok food was a joke 2 vans toilets were fine

Crystal Palace Bowl - Tom Jones & Billy Ocean - what a great evening! Brilliant performances by Tom Jones and Billy Ocean. Lovely venue with a great atmosphere. Plenty of food venues, bars and toilets. Would highly recommend to see one of the concerts here.

Bought VIP tickets with so called “reserved seating”. I even emailed Ticketmaster prior to the event for an explanation of the seating situation. This answer was still very confusing.
So firstly, the organisation for getting into the event was poorly signposted and even worse, the staff had no idea what was happening.
When we got through and went to the VIP section, the fun really started. Not enough seating for anywhere near the amount of VIP tickets sold. There was absolutely no view of the stage from the VIP section. Then the bar, spent ages queuing to get drinks, then the pumps were not working, so spent even more time trying to get a beer.
Then the “VIP” food. Only two choices, tried to get a veggie burger, only to be told they had sold out. The event had only been open for 30 minutes, Chips were cold and no forks available (got some from the GA section).
Fun was the male urinals, placed next to the drinking water refill point, not aesthetically pleasing, and the bemused female cleaner walking around the urinals topped it off.
Ended up getting the rest of my food and drink outside the VIP area which had more options and more bar areas.
Then went to the GA area to watch a fantastic performance by Tom Jones.
So what did I get for the cost of VIP tickets compared to GA tickets. Poor food, less choice, no seating, no view, longer queues and costing twice as much.

We saw absolute Bowie at Newcastle city Hall 31/7/26 and they were absolutely fantastic, I would definitely go and see them again..... the venue is great as you have a good view wherever you are however I did feel packed in like sardines and it was very hot,some air-conditioning would have made things a lot more comfortable. My only other complaint is the rip off bar prices! I know drinks are always more expensive at these venues but £24.50 for 2 drinks is a total rip off!!

I could not access my tickets at the venue, couldn't get into the ticketmaster app. I dont have Google wallet so could not transfer the tickets to there,missed the concert obviously

We very much enjoyed both acts. The location and sound effects were very good. However having purchased VIP tickets expecting a premium view we were extremely disappointed to find that a small area with a highly restricted view was the designated area. So in reality there was not advantage in purchasing these tickets.

Purchased VIP for event but venue had no view from VIP of stage and only allowed in to purchase food or drink or use toilets no seating allowed in even though only provided 60 chairs and 6 tables complete view block by huge signage and additional seating had to be purchased which 20 minutes after gates opened was sold out, rude staff also at venue who even passed off soda water as gin and tonic … overall venue issue huge but Ticketmaster sold the vip option which I’ve always enjoyed but this experience tainted future purchases

The VIP area at Tom Jones Crystal Palace Bowl was a farce! The area was positioned 300 yards away from the side of the stage, with a huge 'Palace Bowl' sign in the way. You couldn't see the stage and there was no screen to watch. The area stank of urine where it was so close to the toilets. We decided to scrap the VIP experience and move to the front of the stage, with everyone else who paid basic ticket price. I am not alone with this complaint, as you may have gathered. I would like a refund of the difference between the VIP tickets £106.40 x 3 and the standard entry price please. I look forward to hearing from you. Regards. Matt H.

The whole event was handled calmly and efficiently. The ground staff were very friendly and helpful. The toilets were constantly kept clean and there were plenty of them, so no long queues. There were also enough food stalls. Lastly but not least the Artistes were excellent. Entertainment was fantastic and hopefully i intend to go next year too.

Do not sell your ticket through them. I have been waiting since mid-July for payment for tickets sold, which were supposed to be paid within 15 business days. Customer service is nonexistent, and you constantly have to chase replies. Avoid

Ticketmaster was brilliant! But won't waste your money booking concert tickets at wembley, the sound quality is horrific, neither the main artist or supporting acts could barely be heard! Pick another Venue

Trying to get a loyalty code for Latitude Festival 2027. Registered for a loyalty code in time but no response. Customer service only contactable via email. Telephone number not available for general enquiries. Online chat only available if you have a ticket.
