The app, from ordering tickets to scanning the code at the venue was 100% stable and helpful.

Atrocious customer service - had to repeatedly chase up a response (which turned out to be entirely unsatisfactory anyway).

Complete disregard and lack of understanding shown towards customers. Will avoid in future and recommend you do the same!!!

Entrance to concert well organised and plenty of staff available to help you find your seat
Music sound quality was excellent much better than when I attended a Wembley concert previously
Unfortunately at the end of the concert directions leaving the venue not as clear particularly as you were guided out of the first exit and so were not in the same location as when you went in. Difficult to orientate yourself and many other people were also lost. To top it off the buses were not running as stated and eventually I concluded no bus was coming so I had to walk to Alperton station where I was collected by my partner

We had booked accessibility seats due to my friends medical condition. We arrived at the specified location, were let in early, and were led to our seats by a very friendly member of staff, who explained what would be happening.

Perfectly organised, no complaints, my thanks to the staff for a wonderful evening.

Ticketmaster was great, very thorough and kept us informed. A lot of the attendants at the venue however were awful, majority did not know the layout and directed us the wrong way several times which resulted in around 30 minutes of unnecessary walking (which was a lot for my friend who doesn’t keep the best health).

The Gospel concert itself was phenomenal however the VIP experience should have been better.
The VIP seating area should have given direct straight ahead viewing, not at an angle to the right hand side of the stage and also not with bench seats that provided no back support.

The general admission ticket seated area, which was toward the back but in line with the stage so you could see the stage perfectly would have been a better area for VIPs and the VIP tickets should have come with a lot more perks as we paid double the amount for tickets.

The event was very well organised and the staffing was excellent. Being a 66 year old I could not download the ticket onto my phone so had to go to the ticket office to receive a printed ticket.
The lady in the office was very helpful and cheerful. I much prefer to have a printed ticket anyway to remind me of a great concert.
The venue of Scarborough's Open-air Theatre is a wonderful venue as even from the back you still have a brilliant view of the stage.

Great line up of artists, good venue too - not too large and decent facilities. Would visit again.

I booked VIP experience and this definitely was not the case. Could not see the stage, not much seating, no screens available. Had to pay additional £5 to bring in chair at a loss for words. I might as well paid normal price as felt totally excluded from concert. In the end had to remove myself from VIP area just to see the artists and salvage my disappointment and enjoy the artists. Ticketmaster need to do better.

Amazing festival! So much to do for children and adults. Really lovely atmosphere. Will definitely be making this a yearly thing.

Easy to find and buy tickets

Brilliant family friendly festival. We all loved it.

Absolutely BRILLIANT Gospel Concert. Legendary artists who did not disappoint. Very entertaining and uplifting. Simply wonderful.

Very good, efficient and good communication

Vip tickets were certainly not worth it, we didn’t get any of the merch that said was included in the price. Venue was so disorganised letting people with normal tickets in with vip. I know this is more on the venue side of things but we did purchase vip from ticket master and certainly won’t be again. So dissapointed

We read the prohibited items list you emailed and it was very clear that non-folding chairs were not allowed. The item line below referred to pre-booking a foldable chair at specific events, Gary Numan, Tom Jones and one other. No-where on the prohibited list did it say that we could not bring in folding chairs to Grace Jones.
We brought two camping chairs on our six and a half hour journey to the venue but when we got there, we were not allowed to take them in to the event! The guidance given to the security staff was no folding chairs allowed. Shit show doesn't come close - this was a ridiculous state of affairs which meant we missed the first act. Seriously unimpressed.
