We were going to see Oscar and the Wolf…
We were going to see Oscar and the Wolf this Sunday in Berlin. Once we were ready to go, I checked the time to get into the venue. Then I saw he cancelled the show because of illness. I checked my mail of I did get some information of ticketmaster, but none. Also nothing later on that evening or the day after, which is very doubtful.

Great, but location change made it eventful night
Besides the fact, that the venue was changed the day before the event, everything was great. In the future, an email which has something along the lines of "IMPORTANT" in the title would be nice and a notification on the app would be appreciated. I turned up an hour early to the original event location, so I had time to do a research and find the new location address which allowed me to get there on time, but it's not nice to show up to the place of a concert and see almost nobody. I was not the only one in the wrong place, so something should be done about it in the future. Besides that, it was amazing!

Sorry but very bad organisation when we arrived..we had vip,we arrived at 15h and couldn’t go in parking before 16h and the qr codes were not functioning🤷🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️we could normally go inside at 17.45 and we waited much longer ..even the people with normal tickets came in 2 min after us🤷🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️very bad organised…sorry after a trip from Belgium and 3,5 h drive…

Poor organization of Garderobe, Catering Points, Toilets. Furthermore the departure with car out of the parking garage was a huge disaster. We had to wait more than 1 hour.
