Concerto di Liam Gallagher e John Squire

Visto il concerto di Liam Gallagher e John Squire al Fabrique. Buon concerto, peccato solo per la breve durata. Il luogo è stato semplice da raggiungere in auto e altrettanto è stato per il parcheggio. Sicuramente un'esperienza positiva. Unica nota negativa che mi sento di segnalare, la maleducazione del personale della sicurezza all'uscita.

Never buy Early Entrance tickets!

We bought Early Entrance tickets for 120% higher price to end up standing next to people paid normal entrance price. This was a ripoff action we will NEVER do again! Only Depeche Mode delivered with 2 hours concert. But not the Ticketmaster!

Ticketmaster Italy unhelpful

Ticketmaster Italy is traditionally less helpful, but the inability to change something as simple as a delivery method is absolutely unacceptable.

Then to find out the insurance they offer is only valid for Italian residents, I will be making enquiries to find out if that is valid, as European law is Europe wide. We live in an open market. So I'm not sure you legally deny me the rights that Italians enjoy.

Unable to receive OTP code on Australian sim whilst in UK

I have tickets to an upcoming concert in Italy end of July and am travelling in the UK from Australia. I have an Australian phone number and have switched onto global roaming, but I do not receive the OTP code to log into my Ticketmaster italia account to access my tickets. I need to log in and change the name of one of my tickets but cant access the account without the OTP. Ticketmaster has responded once to my online form request stating to try again and also saying to check with my telco which I have done and the telco have confirmed there is no issue as I can receive texts from other numbers. Ticketmaster italy are now no longer responding to me. There is no way to contact ticketmaster italia as there is no phone number and my online form submissions updating this information remain unanswered.
