If I could give one star I would . I bought a cordless vacume through Amazon , wasn't aware it was from this seller . Item broke less than 12 months after purchase , I sent it back to them now they are saying it has to go back to Bosh. I didn't buy it from Bosh I bought it from this place..They've had the item 15 days and no signs of my refund /replacement. Their customer service is appalling they treat their costumers with contempt Steer clear.
