5-10 business days…no. They will take much longer than that and lie to you about when if ever you will get your package.

Compre un "bundle" de un fire tv cube y un controlador luna (u$s 209), en ese momento el fire tv cube estaba a u$s 130 y el controlador a u$s 70.

me llego solo el fire tv cube, y reclame por el controlador (lo traje con importa facil, que le agrega 60 % de impuestos)

reclame, y me devolvieron u$s 60 (no los casi u$s 120 que hace la suma del articulo mas los impuestos), volvi a reclamar varias veces, y me "solucionaron" devolviendome u$s 10, y me "regalan" un cupon de u$s 20

Un cupon para usar en el sitio que me acaba de robar!!! impresentables

They say they will not deliver without Ecuadorian Cedula and will not refund. SCAM

They are purposely buying items then filing not received claims. Block this company.

I placed an order on May 26, 2024 and followed my account to see the status where it said my payment had been received. After 2 weeks, nothing, so I called to see what the problem was. Turns out my payment had not been received.

So, I confirmed the payment through AmEx...and waited another week, following the status on the site. No movement, so another phone call - where they confirmed my payment and would begin processing the order right away...

Another week goes by, another phone call "Glitch in the system." By now, 2 of the items I ordered were no longer in stock, so I had to cancel the order and start all over as I wanted to maximize the shipment of $200.

So - back online, made my selections—again, paid, waited a week and all my items made it to their depot to be shipped.

However...when I went to pick up my order at the designated address, the box was not there even though the online status said it had been delivered and ready to pick up.

Turns out, they shipped it to another address, but didn't notify me of the change of delivery address. SMH.

One good thing I can say about TiendaMia - their phone support is very good - but, they need to work out the logistic and technical kinks.

I won't be using their service again...

Unfortunately I cannot give negative stars, otherwise they would have -10.
I bought 2 orders with TiendaMia, they shipped the items to Uruguay; once the items arrived to the country Mercado Pago took over, they lost the items and now Mercado Pago is expecting I pay the shipping fees for items I never received. Trying to get in contact with TiendaMia is a joke, they do not have customer service in the States, so when I call one of the LATAM offices, they have no idea what they’re talking about and they do not help either.
DON’T BOTHER WITH THESE PEOPLE, they’re NOT Amazon, they’re amateurs who are not responsible for anything and their customer service is nonexistent.

Since Amazon now ships to Ecuador, using Tiendamia is silly. I have had 3 orders shipped via DHL straight from Amazon and received the orders in 5 days. After 12 days, Tiendamia has not updated my purchase. It should have been shipped already, but they say it hasn't even been received in their warehouse............whatever that means. I am moving in one week and it looks like my order will not reach me before I move which means it will be lost. NEVER AGAIN!

This service is good if you don't have an option; otherwise, "It's an absolute scam. I ordered three products, but two of them got canceled. They kept the most expensive one and added an additional $55 on top. If you can travel with no restrictions, it's better to just fly to the United States for $140 with JetBlue and purchase the item. I don't understand why everything here is overcharged, like it previelge to purchase from the West. i think this service is the closes that you can get to the USSR, waiting for ever to get nothing

burglars, they made a mistake and did not take responsibility, they also made me pay for import fees for a product I wont have. In the end, I ended up with less money and without the product.
Unos estafadores, se equivocaron en el pedido y no se hacen cargo de la devolucion ni costos de importacion. Osea que me quedo sin el producto y sin la plata por sus errores.

Mejor que aliexpress. Llego directo a mi domicilio.
