Ties4him, MensBraces4him, Bowties4him, whichever company you buy from they're one and the same. Despite what other reviewers have said, my experience with this company has been mostly pleasant.

They offer payment via paypal which is always nice.

I emailed them on numerous occasions for updates on my order, and they always responded within 2-3 hours as stated on their website. I didn't believe they'd reply as promtply as they did but to my surprise they did as advertised. They had been as supportive as possible, though they had limited resources for my queries.

The only reason I am not giving a 5 star is because their postal options offer no tracking. I think if I'm spending 100+ euros on a few accessories, I'd be happy to spend an extra 10 or 20 just so I can track my order as it leaves the Netherlands and travels to where it needs to go.

Do not buy from this seller. The tie I bought arrived in nothing more than a thin plastic bag. No cardboard or other protection that would definitely be required in order to send a product like this. Even just some waste cardboard either side of the tie would have been fine. Obviously it was completely scrunched up and unwearable. Obviously being a silk tie (although not convinced it was actually silk based on the feel) you couldn't wash or iron it without destroying it further. So I contacted the company to explain and request a refund. They advised me to use the returns envelope in the package and put in a local postbox. I then waited about a month with no response. So I emailed them and they said that it hadn't arrived yet. I emailed them again after about six weeks and they said the same thing. I've now raised a PayPal chargeback. I think based on the poor quality of the tie and the damage that was caused in transit due to packaging that would never have enabled safe delivery but this is one of those scam companies who buy cheap products in China and then rebadge them for sale here pretending it's a premium product.
