Follow up. Tiger King has been very responsive to resolving my request for a replacement key. They have come up with a solution to solve the problem since the original key can no longer be duplicated.
Love my Tiger King safe. Ordered replacement keys and sent key numbers for master key and emergency key. Waited 30 days and received wrong master keys. Was told I would receive correct key but not given time frame.

White Glove Service/Great Safe
I had paid for white glove service and the man delivering the safe had no idea. He left me with all the trash. Once in my house he asked if I was single. Overall a very upsetting experience.
In one day I had been contacted and the situation rectified! Very impressive!
The safe is gorgeous! It has a damask fabric shelving in a gold color with finished ledges in metal. The shelves are adjustable which is a feature I love but hard to find. The top seperate keyed compartment is very large. I was able to utilize this space but was an added surprise! I would highly recommend. My sister is getting one and I'm considering another one myself!
