I'm happy with the safe. The only knock is that they don't include sufficient directions on setting up the locking system. I ended up watching several YouTube videos on the process.

For weeks I tried to get a delivery date, and got referred to the shipper, who had no information of my purchase. And then I got a call from the shipper upon their arrival. I wasn't even in town!!! The lack of communication will keep me from ever purchasing from Tigerking in the future.

Great customer service
Great customer service. I lost a key and the manual for my safe. They responded to my email immediately, sent a pdf of the manual and sent instructions to order the keys from them. The timing and cost to get new keys was very reasonable and they followed thru quickly. I would definitely recommend this company as both the safe and service are excellent.
