Errores en el sistema de Tigo Presta

Yo tuve una mala experiencia con esta empresa telefónica, hace semanas que de forma inusual recibí un préstamo de Tigo que no solicité, llamé por teléfono pidiendo una explicación y el servicio de atención al cliente se puso al lado de la compañía y me dijeron que tenía que pagar lo que me prestaron y yo les dije que no podía pagar por algo que no solicité,

Pero la operadora alegaba que sus sistemas no fallaban responsabilizandome a mí de ése préstamo. Después de esta experiencia no vuelvo a usar Tigo, decidí pasarme a Claro
