Having a website that I could order…
Having a website that I could order from was great but when I clicked in to look at a tile then clicked off it, the website brought me back to the start of the selection instead of letting me move on from where I was. Ordering was easy and the tiles were delivered within 2 weeks, this was delayed as I had chosen tiles that needed ordered in. I would recommend tilemarket

Glenmachan Place,Boucher rd
Boucher rd, bought 2 boxes of floor tiles and1 bag of adhesive, £98.66 , returned after one week but refused to refund my money, im now stuck with a credit note which last for six months but as i wont be buying tiles again ive lost nearly £100.
Bad customer relations.
Last time i shop there.

Great value and extensive ranges of tiles.
The goods we were after were very competitively priced and in one instance reduced significantly compared to other outlets. The tiles we bought were of good quality and met with what we were after. The only reason this is a four as opposed to a five was the lack of communciations post order placement and updates on delivery status. That said, the delivery driver was excellent and dropped the entire pallet straight into my garage.

As our marble effect tile samples are cut from full size tiles, there may be portions of the tile which do not feature the elaborate veining associated with marble.

Tile sample sent promptly no errors. Tile is good quality though not going to purchase as pattern had no contrast or enough colour. I am looking for bright blue and white. Spanish style. Glazed tiles. I am still looking and will re visit their site.

Very responsive, emailed and told that one of the tiles was not available and if I would like to look at another colour or tile. Apologised.
