Sent incorrect shade of tile and refused to accept returns or offer a solution as it the packaging said it was correct. I ordered beige. Recieved grey, extremely poor service. Stick to B&Q or walls and floors online tile supplier.

Perfect service and follow up.
Ordered 20M porcelain floor tiles on a Friday, delivered on the following Monday to rear of my property - perfect. Except, on inspection, two tiles broken. E-mailed Customer Services with photos as requested. Immediate response from Misbah who arranged two replacement tiles to be sent by overnight delivery. These arrived lunchtime Tuesday. Can't really fault their service in any respect.

Re-delivery with Rachael
We have used Tile Mountain a couple of times now. For the second consignment I needed to amend the delivery as the Tour of Britain mens race (through our village) was scheduled the day our delivery was due. Spoke to a lady called Rachael who re-scheduled our delivery without hesitation. What as asset to the Customer Service team she is.
