The first delivery itself wasn't very pleasant we received a few broken tiles, what was excellent was the fast customer support (Samantha in my case). Quick replies and Next day replacement deliveries helped me avoid any kind of delays or inconvenience. All company do damaged deliveries not a big deal but this company can replace them real quick

Small print
Fast delivery, good communication, a couple broken tiles but the claim system was very easy to use.
Down side we got extra tiles like the website recommended, now I'm stuck with 6 packs of tiles I don't need as they don't do refunds on left over packs, didn't realise this when ordering.

I had a fantastic experience with Tile Mountain and would highly recommend them.
The product quality was great, and I was impressed to receive my free sample within 24 hours of requesting it. Shortly afterwards, I received a follow-up email with a discount code if I decided to place an order, which was a nice touch and a decent incentive to purchase.
Once I placed my order, delivery arrived within a week and everything was well packaged. What really stood out, however, was the level of customer service, clear communication and delivery emails. Post delivery, the team proactively followed up to check whether I had noticed any damage to the goods received.
Unfortunately, there was one damaged tile in the delivery. It wasn't a major issue, but damage nonetheless. Reporting it was incredibly straightforward, with a quick and simple online form to complete. The matter was handled swiftly and professionally, and a suitable solution was provided immediately.
From the fast sample delivery to the excellent after sales support, Tile Mountain delivered first class service throughout. It's refreshing to deal with a company that genuinely cares about its customers and resolves issues so efficiently.
I would definitely recommend Tile Mountain to anyone looking for quality products backed by outstanding customer service. A great company to deal with. Easily five stars, well done Tile Mountain.
