Amazing place for Tiles!
We found this gem of a place just before Texaco petrol station in Chingford, A406. Staff there very helpful (Mert and Selim). They both had very good advice and product knowledge and helped us pick out our tiles for our dream bathroom. Would definitely recommend!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Tiles DIY and must say I was thoroughly impressed. As soon as I walked through the doors I was greeted by mr cihan who was very friendly and knowledgeable. I felt very welcomed, and very informed. Mr cihan assisted me with all my questions and concerns about the products as I was buying for a new business. Vast selection of tiles, classic to traditional. The showrooms were also very organised which helped me to see how the designs will look. Overall very very happy! Soon to open up my business! Wow!.. What a store at Colchester super tiles, super staff and super coffee... It's unbelievable the number of displays on show there ...
The store is very welcoming with a lovely atmosphere and brilliant staff nothing was too much trouble and we were put in the right direction for our bathroom tiles and was advised to use grey grout and grey mastic, I have only used white and was a sceptical about it, but boy does it work perfectly .... Tiles arrived on time and we collected although delivery was optional.... After visiting other Tile shops around I found this the most welcoming with very professional staff lower prices and great coffee.... As Arnold says 'I'LL BE BACK'...

1st sample arrived broken due to poor packaging
2nd Full size sample had deflection of 2mm across a 30 cm tile
Requested a new sample as the 2nd one was banana shaped. A ticket was raised, I heard nothing for two weeks and now I've had an email that says they delivered something, with nothing here.
If you want cheap tiles for top prices use DIY Tiles.

Perfect customer service
Visited the Croydon store and was served by Lewis. He truly knows how to deal with customers and provided great advice regarding the products needed to go with my tiles. Lewis was extremely patient with me, allowing me to take my time choosing and applied no pressure at all. I purchased tiles for both bathrooms and once they were ready for collection Lewis loaded them all into my car. Simply fantastic customer service and always with a smile.
