Horrific doors - should never sell Solidor
Not sure where best to start except for the total failure of this company to install a safe, reliable front door at all. After 3 replacements, I am now faced with yet another door that failed upon installation with siginificant bowing and has caused us not to be able to close our front door properly nor lock it properly putting the entire property at risk and forcing us to seek emergency help to secure our home. I ordered our original door in July 2021. This one failed withint 6 months and needed to be replaced. It took a year to replace properly and the wrong door was provided. It then took another year to replace finally. The new door failed within 1 week. Horrible bowing, warped and misfit door with screws that shifted and clearly a terribly manufacturered item but the reseller continues to insist its a safe and reliable. This has been a constant headache and repeatedly need to take clear evidence of the issues - which there are many and well documented!

The safety of our customers and their homes is paramount to us so we are working quickly to resolve your current issue which is not allowing you to lock your door property.
The support team have requested the installers book an urgent return visit as soon as possible to resolve this for you.
Regarding your previous issues and the delays you have had with remake doors taking a year to resolve, I will need to investigate this further and respond to you as this is outside of our usual turnaround of an issue, for which I can only apologise.
We absolutely do not think it is acceptable for a remake door to take a year to replace nor have I heard of this happening before.
Our standard process once we have received sufficient evidence of a fault is to send out replacement parts as quickly as possible, if a remake slab is required this usually takes 14 days.
I will leave you in the capable hands of our support team for your current issue and contact you directly in regard to the historical issues you have had.

We had our new door put in today by very professional and considerate installers Gavin and Callum from Martindales . They were happy to explain everything in detail and give solid advice we are very pleased with the door and would recommend thanks guys.

Contact via telephone when placing order. Went through details to ensure order correct. Door as shown during design stage. Lead time about two weeks, which included Easter, so good lead time. Would be happy to use again in the future.
