I do not trust this company

I do not trust this company.

After placing an order I checked my credit card statement and found a charge from "citetech support" for an unfamiliar amount. Since the only other thing I purchased n the time frame was from Tinycious I reached out to see if this charge was from them before I reported it to my credit card company. Turns out it was so I asked why I was overcharged to which they did not have a good reason. I was refunded the difference between what I was charged and what my confirmation email said I should have paid.

From April when I placed the order until the end of May I received an email every time my order moved. Every. Single. Time. It came from Italy and I was able to track it through customs and to a town in my state that is about 2 hours away from my location. Then all updates stopped.

I forgot about the order until I received an email in early June stating I my refund was processed. This reminded me of the purchase and I looked to see where it could be now. I had received no further updates and my tracking info said it was still in my state which seemed odd. So I thought they were being proactive and refunding me because something happened to my order.

I reached out to customer service about it and to let them know it never arrived. From the moment I reached out I got a significant run around saying it was delivered and maybe a neighbor signed for it and I should look around for it. They "confirmed" the delivery by sending me a tracking number but it was a different tracking number from my original order. Cropped screenshots of some sort of order was sent to me to prove my order was delivered and I missed it somehow. I did not. I reached out to my post office since this was supposedly delivered via USPS and they had no record either. Looks like I'm out the cost.

I am deeply disappointed in this company and have a hard time believing the entire business is not a scam. Be warned and purchase with caution.
