Ordered an item on 13/4/18 processing took 11 days, I decided then to send a email canceling the order and whadaya know as soon email was sent goods shipped! So 15 working days later still no goods, Royal mail still have no tracking information to give! last update was 28/4/18 at the border!!
As for contacting them via email well that is a painful ordeal, you type out a message and it refuses to send, surprise surprise. So 5 more working days then contacting Paypal regarding non receipt of goods.

Update 21/5/18 item arrived now in UK, fingers crossed.

Update 22/5/18 item received, customs to be paid unfortunately but to be fair not seller's responsibility. Item as advertised and all looks good so no complaints there, very happy now. So all in all if you are prepared to wait the long delivery date you shouldn't be disappointed.

This order was not delivered because according to Maltapost the addrese was not readable and was sent back to Tinydeal.It is not my fault that the address was not readable.
I requested that I will be paid the full refund.Tinydeal does not want to refund me the money for the non delivered order,everyday they write a new excuse first they told me to wait 25 days so that the parcel will be delivered,then they requested that I will go to Maltapost and get a declaration that this parcel was not delivered (RU474502456CH /4070077784290001778824 they have all the information on the tracking information ) Then they offered me that they will give me 80% in Tinydeal points (I refused because I am not going to make another order from this SCAM) After They offered me 90% in Tinydeal points,I refused this offer too,Now they offered 100% refund but on the condition that they must recieve the parcel back.I do not have control on the parcel Tinydeal can inform the post office and get the parcel back they have all the documents in their hand.BEWARE of TINYDEAL this purely a SCAM.
The customer care of this company is a nightmare they get all excuses but no solutions.

Hi. I ordered a phone Elephone P8 for 200€ from EU werehouse. It came in 3 days via DHL. Super satisfied. Phone working all OK.
After 3 months LCD died and post buy service problems started.
After asking TD what to do they first wanted me to try to repair localy. Local repair for Elephone no go.
For service I needed to ship to China even if I bought from EU werwhouse. First red flag. My local post gave me bad advice about exporting the phone for avoiding customs duties at return.
After six weeks they received the phone.
After another 2 weeks they wanted me to pay 32€ for service. It should be free I guess if there is guaratie. Than I made some barging and I paid 25€. After another month the phone was still not repaired. I asked what now. They asked for another week.
I asked for a partial refund, but they didn't want to hear it. They did not respond. After an agreement they send me a used replacement phone. It took another 2 weeks for them to ship it(in the meanwhile we changed 3 different phones because they we're not in stock). After all this I have to pay additional 54€ customs duties for LeEco max 2 at arrival.

If you buy and it works ok. Otherwise fix it your self or just throw it away.

Scam website. Only lied to me for non delivered orders 7410068718420602410810/11354195. When I asked refund they kept asking for proof from post office that goods didn't arrive. Post office doesn't release these statements as it is clear in tracking info that the goods never arrived in Albania. Used to be good but now it is pure scam.

all problems are resolved and my money is back. thanks to tinydeal. although it must be through the debate and the long process.

I have bought so many profuct from tinydeal,everything is great and they offer very good product with the lowest price in the market,plus fadtst and free shipping for all items.Furthermore they have a very qualified service support...it's my prefred website and I really enjoy shopping from it.

Phone arrived but died after 24 hours with no explanation, took ages to respond, keep asking me to get it repaired myself. I'll update this when I get a definitive answer to my pending refund, but overall I would advise staying away from this website if you don't want to throw away money.
Also, when you click on the 'write a review' button, nothing happens, even though my internet is fine. This explains as to why all of the reviews are 4 and 5 stars with no negative feedback.

I ordered some tiny things on 4oct2017, on 11oct 2017 they sent me a email that items are dispatched, in their email:
"Most packages will be delivered in 2-3 weeks, while some may take up to 4 -6 weeks. While carrier transit time and customs clearance time are beyond our control, please email us if your package is not delivered after 6 weeks so we can contact post office to trace it for you."
I sent a mail asking where is my package on 20jan2018.
They answered:
"Given the fact that the initial contact you made is out of date (over 90 days), the postal authority will not entertain any claims nor accept liability for compensation for this untimely request, and any consequence arises from this shall be borne by the recipient. NEVER trust this "company".

It's a good product. Beautiful . Wonderful. Easy to use and durable. I recommend it.

I made an order for 3 items. 1 arrives and the quality of the item was below junk. A month passes and the other 2 items are no shows. I email Tiny Deals. No answer. I wait a 2nd month and I email them again. No response. I open a case with PayPal and they finally wake up. They said the items were in transit and left it at that. Now I am at 2.5 months. Avoid these clowns.
Addendum form the future. They say in the response below I did not email them. I did. I’ve got the sent mail receipts in my outbox. Save your money, save your time and avaoid Tiny Deals.

on november 30th 2017 I bought a cell phone (paid right away), they told me I had to wait for a month for the cell phone to be shipped (December 30th 2017) and I accepted, after a month and a week (January 4th 2018) they write me that the cell phone had such a big sell so they don't have any cell phone to send me. these guys a shameless, I won't buy anything again from these unserious people. now let's see how much trouble I will have to get a refund.. I also have another order going on with them about a mobile charger and a simple smart watch and they came with the same stuff.. your article has such a huge demand so we don't know when we will be able to send it.. if they don't have the articles they shouldn't show it as available and take payments.

No customer support after purchase, no communication on their side. I tried to open dispute that my phone arrived defective 3times and asked for refund or exchange, I got no answer. If you buy from this site, better pray that phone arrives fine and wont break for another year, otherwise you are out of luck , same as me

I did some shopping on the site and when I had problems they were promptly healed. I recommend the site to my friends. Good shopping experience.

Absolutely rubbish, after sale experience and delivery is nightmare.They dont know what to say and all replies are stereotype. I would never recommend anyone to buy from them. I purchased a blackview 9000 two weeks ago and still they saying it will be available after 25th December. Two week agao they said wait 2-3 days than they said it will be available before 25th December. Now they said it will be available after 25th December. I will end up cancelling the order and buy from some one else.
