We were extremely happy with the whole experience! Communication was excellent from start to finish – friendly, easy, and responsive to all our questions and requests.

A big plus was that there were absolutely no waiting times. Everything was very well organized, making our visit to the Roman Forum, the Colosseum, and Palatine Hill completely smooth and stress-free.

Used this company for 2 experiences one the colosseum and Roman forum with expert guide unfortunately the guide failed to show up and the tour was a disaster as we were expected to tour on our own and didn’t know anything about the history etc. second tour was the Vatican and didn’t see any paintings was taken outside to discuss the Sistine chapel in 38 degree heat, so rushed. Rudi was too fast in speaking and rushing thru the trip, complete waste of money and spoiled our few days in Rome.

A really lovely place to visit, especially with children. Lots of tree cover so not too hot. The animals look well cared for and there is plenty to see and information talks too. The newer editions like the aquarium are amazing too.

Hiking around the cone of Vesuvius was amazing. However the logistics getting to and from the summit was confusing. There were not clear instructions on when to return to the gates. Before getting off the shuttle, I would ask the driver exactly what time you should return back.

The address provided for the wizard of Oz museum was not updated to the museums current location.

Avoid Tiqets at all costs! We paid €18 on their platform for Pantheon tickets in Rome (which actually cost only €5 on the official site!). When we went to the designated kiosk to collect them, the staff told us they were closed, the cash register was broken, and they couldn't give us the tickets or a refund. We emailed Tiqets the exact same day, and they COMPLETELY IGNORED US. They only replied today because we sent a follow-up reminder. And their response? Pure gaslighting. They refused a refund and blamed US, claiming we were late, totally ignoring the fact that their own local agent's system was broken and closed. They resell overpriced tickets, provide zero service, and steal your money. Total thieves!
