Classic customer service!
My son and I regularly order from Titan Cards and have it shipped to Australia. Once they were out of stock after purchase so they offered us a refund for the card, AND threw in a pack of a few extras too which my son loved the surprise. Recently we waited several months for a delivery, and once I contacted Titan cards - Luke responded promptly, apologising that the parcel was not trackable and offering a full refund without question. We put through the order again (plus a few extra of course) and it came quickly this time with tracking.
It’s easier to buy cards in Australia, but we love the range and service of Titan and will continue to shop with them!

Help with missing address and prompt service
I filled out my address with auto fill and it didn't put the first line of my address on just my village, oops. Titan cards contacted me promptly to let me know so I could change this asap. Thank you Titan cards for noticing otherwise my son wouldn't have the last cards he needed for his deck for EUIC and I'd be in trouble!!!
