Lost cards
Ordered some single cards from Titan, with standard shipping. Unfortunately after a week the cards still hadn’t arrived so I contacted them. They quickly got back to me and contacted Royal Mail. Once confirming Royal Mail had lost the package they resent the cards, thankfully with no other issues.
Special mention to Tom that handle the problem brilliantly.

I ordered two cards, one arrived
I ordered two cards via 24 hour delivery for my nephew’s birthday. Only one card came. They sent the second card after I complained but via 48 hour delivery, so it was late and missed his birthday. To be fair I didn’t mention the birthday but they should have sent the replacement via the same method.
Service is okay but nothing to get excited about.

Awesome! - delayed delivery
All arrived, but I selected 48 hour tracking and it took over a week to arrive.
Other than delivery all was good, sent tracking info when requested and arrived shortly after. Thanks!
