A really positive experience in choosing Titan in Woking to store my belongings during my house move. The manager at the branch (Matt) provides excellent customer service and has been extremely helpful on all the occasions I’ve met him. Many companies say their people are their biggest assets and this is justifiably so in Matt’s case. Good people make a difference.

The wonderful Kay was as helpful as ever, as was the friendly Hannah.

Fab staff, service and price. Not many people would have tried to find us the smallest possible storage for our possessions. As a result when we need to use somewhere in future we will always come back and we will recommend to all friends and family. Thank you superb job.

Easy to book online and any queries were anwsered promptly by Sonnie the store manager. The move into storage was made easy and Scott was always helpful and informative. Whole process made very easy. A well run storage company.

We needed storage space to help us with selling our house and moving to a new place. Titan were vlose and reviews looked good. We visited the site and was impressed with the cleanliness and security arrangements. Along with the price for the size of the unit we wanted it was a bit of a no brainer. The access is straightforward but secure and the locking of the unit uner lock and key for which we wholly own the keys and lock but provided new by Titan.
You add to this the staff service which was excellent, it is the ideal place to store for whatever reason.
Highly recommend.
