Quick ordering service and delivery at an excellent price, unfortunately I had an issue with my phone but received excellent communication, I returned the phone with free returns and had excellent communication throughout, the phone had a technical issue which i was offered a replacement but i preferred a refund which was set up and refunded immediately, that's why I rate them 5*

Item arrived missing a part. A quick message to them and a solution was promptly offered. I saved over a hundred pounds! My air fryer had some damage on the casing but this expected by the description before I bought!
Excellent customer service, answered all my queries. Also I have got a 12 month warranty on my purchase.
I would highly recommend and definitely use again for similar purchases.

Being an ex QA I have always maintained that the best way to judge good customer service is when there is a problem to resolve.
I had a couple of issues with my new phone and contacted them. They came back with some helpful suggestions which I couldn't still resolve and agreed to return for full refund without any hassle. May I also add that Anita was extremely helpful
