As a new customer they advised me on the hosting plan which they said will be ideal for my ecommerce site - It clearly was totally wrong and the tech support was not good and ultimate it took the 3 weeks to tell me i needed another server after my site kept maxing out cpu etc. The communication i via ticket system which bring long delays and it also ended up in mistake being made b y them and the cancelled my plan early so I could not get backup for migration . THis is NOT a good company if you haev a business critical site that needs a responsive HOST

I run several sites which i host on TMD.
As you know, always you have a situation, wrong button pressed, site stalls, you change some settings and Server error 500 comes up.
TMD ALWAYS helped , no long waiting times, educated attendents, and never give up until the client has the wished result. CONGRATULATIONS Support TMD!!!

Good support, short, simple and to the point.

I have used TMDHosting for about 8 years and have always felt they cared about my account. I've always have had an answer to my questions in a few hours and most of the time in less than an hour. Highly recommend them.

100% finding that support is slow and always needs to be escalated. Then a minimum 5hr turnaround asking for detail that was originally provided and no result. Simple issues are taking more than 24hrs to get resolved.

No where near 100% uptime. My VPS is constantly going down due to excessive server load inspite of us following EVERY recommendation they've offered. It's now atleast weekly that all sites go down. Then a ticket is opened, it gets escalated, a band-aid solution follows and we're back to square one the following week.

This is beyond frustrating so we're now testing alternatives.
