Rizki was very helpful. I had an issue a DNS integration, I received step-by-step assistance with this issue. It was a great experience.

I've been having trouble with our emails not getting through to some of our customers. The TMD support team decided that the problem might be resolved by migrating our website to a new server. When I opened the ticket, I corresponded with a few different people, all of whom were helpful. When I was ready to pull the trigger and commence migration, I was fortunate to have Yoedhi successfully perform the migration, monitor the DNS propagation and keep me informed along the way. I felt like I was in good hands with this capable individual. I'm happy to report that my site is now fully functional on the new server. I'm very grateful for the talented support team at TMD. I couldn't maintain our nonprofit's website without them.

TMD Hosting was a good hosting provider, with knowledgeable support agents who could resolve most issues during a chat. Now, their chat support can't fix anything, just create tickets and ask us to wait for a response. And the responses are usually projecting the issue onto the customer. For example, if you complain about the speed and server downtime, they will tell you that the problem is with your website.
I think it all happened after selling TMD to World Host Group US Inc.

Jansen is genius who fixed our CS-Cart installation problems that we encountered.

Jansen was very responsive, helpful, and quickly fixed my issue over chat.

At first I was interacting with a chatbot, which was OK, but at some point a human intervened, which was great since the issues could be resolved much quicker.

It is said, "There is always room for improvement."
In principle it stands for true.
However, there is a little room as for the people at TMD Hosting to get better since they are always prompt and competent.
So it was my latest experience with Mr. Carlos A. whose professional response sorted out all of my problems for minutes.
