AVOID!! - SHOP IN MOSS BROS OR CHARLES TYRWHITT!!!
I am extremely disappointed with my experience with TM Lewin. Since the company closed many of its stores and moved more heavily online, customer service appears to have become very difficult to access.
After placing my order and paying, I felt completely ignored when I needed assistance. There was no effective phone support available, and attempts to get help were frustrating and unproductive. The lack of communication and responsiveness left me feeling that customer concerns were not being taken seriously.
The company regularly promotes major sales, but in my experience the after-sales service did not match the promises made when taking customers’ money. Because I have been unable to resolve my issue directly with the company, I have decided to raise the matter with my credit card provider and explore any legal options available to recover my funds.
Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend TM Lewin and would advise potential customers to carefully consider the level of customer support available before making a purchase.
