Beautiful ballet, costumes, set designs, music, and choreography

Refund policies are poor and inflexible. Unless you pay additional money for ticket protection, there is no situation in which they will refund the money. Only providing vouchers for 80% of the value of the ticket. For such expensive purchases, it's a ridiculous policy. Incredibly poor customer service. Will not be using them again.

It was very easy to choose your seat from the map and book. I've compared websites and they are the cheapest at least that I've found. I highly recommend the insurance for $4 extra per ticket it's a no brainer. You have until the day before the performance to cancel for any reason and recieve a voucher. Super simple and I received the ticket immediately into my TodayTix account in the app.

The website and app are very easy to use. Good choice of shows and good value. I book most of my theatre tickets from TodayTix.

I love using TodayTix for their excellent ticket offers, lottery tickets and Rush. Great value!
When trying to claim my lottery win tickets recently, though, I had a technical issue that meant I lost the opportunity. The customer service team were quick to respond and investigate fully, reassuring me it was a glitch their end and that it would be fixed. Michael was super helpful and friendly. Thanks TodayTix for caring about your customers so much.

Show was cancelled (early closure). TodayTix provided a voucher for future use but as I cannot guarantee I would use it before expiration I used the Chat feature to initiate a refund to my credit card. The Chat feature was probably the best AI experience I’ve had to date - made the change from voucher to refund very easy!

The staff at TodayTix were really helpful with helping me resolve an issue. Instead of letting me get trapped in an AI doom loop, I spoke with a real human being. Finnian was great and fixed my problem for me very quickly. I would use TodayTix again because of this quality level of person to person customer service.

Very easy to get great tickets and have used them a few times before. On this occasion I had to exchange some tickets and there was a small complication regarding the process. I chatted through the app with the lovely Michael and he was patient and persevered to uncover the issue. All was sorted relatively easily and with such a nice and willing attitude from him. I’ll definitely be recommending this site to others.

I purchased tickets with a valid partnership promotional code. The discount was never applied. When I raised it, the response was not to investigate whether their system had failed, but to inform me, twice, that I must have typed the code wrong. No evidence was shown, no alternative offered, no goodwill gesture, no grace period. Simply a closed door and a polite letter explaining why the fault is mine.

And the rigidity does not end with disputes. The tickets themselves come with no flexibility whatsoever: no option to change, no option to resell, and no cancellation policy of any kind. Once the money leaves your account, every door is shut. Even secondary marketplaces, which are hardly famous for generosity, offer more room to manoeuvre than this.

If you buy here, understand the terms of the relationship: everything is final, nothing is negotiable, and if anything goes wrong, the working assumption will be that it is your fault. Plan accordingly.

This was the first time using today tix. I had trouble after booking some theatre tickets. There was no confirmation email with tickets even though money had been received. I spoke to Marika who was not helpful and I then wondered if it was a scam. Today I contacted you again and Finnian was very helpful and realised that for some reason it had gone to a dormant email account. He sorted it for me efficiently and he was very patient with me. I now will definitely use this app again and Finnian was brilliant.
