Alex was amazing he was very helpful and completely understanding of the situation, it is frustrating having to answer a bunch of ai bots and can be a struggle to get through to an actual person however this is no reflection on how Alex handled the situation, it would be amazing to skip the bot or have an option when you open up the custom support chat to strait away to talk to a real person or a number to call

I am very unhappy with TodayTix. I went to buy tickets for my birthday and put the right date in, in the process the possibility to book rush tickets came up so I pressed that and the date was changed without any comments. When I contacted customer service I was told that there is nothing that can be done.

Rush tickets are released on the day of the performance only and are always for that same evening, with the date confirmed at checkout before purchase is completed. We know that doesn't make it any less disappointing, and we really wish we could do more. Unfortunately, as Rush tickets are final sale for that same evening's performance, we're not able to amend or transfer them, as outlined at checkout. We're really sorry we can't help further on this occasion.
