Just thought I had bought decent tickets, since the tickets were not at the end of the row. Then when the tickets were confirmed, it said there's a pillar blocking our view. That was not mentioned when I bought the tickets. How ridiculous is this? Definitely find it's hard to trust them. How super super disappointing. We would've paid more if we had known.

Customer service is the best part of this app other than affordable theater
I had a bit of difficulty in communication, but it was very quickly and professionally resolved. This is what I appreciate so much, the mature and responsible handling of a potential conflict. Kate was especially helpful in resolving my issue. Alex and Marika (gorgeous name) handled themselves professionally, and I appreciate their decisions to have Kate make the final resolution. Overall, I have had a fabulous experience with this company and customer service. There are some policies (that are completely understandable) that sometimes make it difficult to return tickets. Even with these policies, customer service does their best to do everything they can to resolve any issues. The nature of the app is that the tickets are essentially final sale, and there is very little that can be done once tickets are purchased. This is communicated very clearly, and is definitely the trade-off for such affordable shows! All that being said, customer service staff does an excellent job navigating difficult situations.

Kind Customer Service
We buy most our tickets through here as it's easy to book and cheaper tickets than other places. Good reminders on the app, and gold member status has perks.
We had a particularly good experience with Finnian in customer service who approached a delicate matter with kindness and was able to provide credit for us to rearrange the show.
