Ordered a Dundee united retro shirt paid for it and nothing that's coming up for 4 weeks now a shit dodgy company stay away

Dodgy company. Received an order confirmation weeks ago but no confirmation that it’s out for delivery

I emailed and called them. Ignored my email and the phone number is a dead line.

Don’t use this company it’s highly suspicious

Woeful company. Avoid!!
Ordered 2 items. Took weeks to arrive and when they did, both were faulty. A squint badge which was the wrong badge. And the jacket was way too short. They admitted liability,but took them over a week to send a returns label. I returned them 2 weeks ago. I've sent numerous emails and 2 voicemails and nothing from them. Appalling service!

Ordered on the 28th of March and still no shirt. Have rung them, left 2 voicemails, emailed them, filled in a web form on their website and nearly a month on, no shirt, no response.
Maybe this review might get a response??

No shirt, refunded via PayPal

I Ordered 2 t-shirts from this company and only 1 arrived. No explanation or anything. I've tried contacting them in numerous occasions using email and twitter. But no response from them

I ordered 2 Northern Ireland 1982 World Cup tops.
The only thing right about them is the colour.
The material used is cheap and nasty and nothing even approximating what was used in the original shirt.
The sizing also runs small.
Very disappointed with the quality and materials of this top.

Ordered a Holland top and instead of the famous Orange colour it is off red. You basically have to get one thing right with a Holland kit and Toffs don't get it right.

Also took an absolute age to send out.

Toffs has provided to us an high quality old fashion football shirt that remembered the material my stepdad used to wear at school!

Ordered a personalised LFC vintage shirt (1957) for dad’s Christmas present. They’ve sent me a Third Lanark shirt from 1957??? Apparently they can’t refund or exchange because it’s personalised? But it’s their error and I’m now out of pocket to the tune of £72.
Edit: since writing this review TOFFs have changed their reason for not refunding or exchanging by saying it’s not because it’s personalised… it’s because I ordered a Third Lanark shirt… a team I didn’t know existed. Couldn’t make this up.

Ordered a Bury FC Retro shirt, absolutely love the shirt better than I expected ultra fast delivery. Great communication from Simon. 10 out of 10 from Toffs highly recommended.

I placed an order on 8th June and it’s now 16th June and I haven’t had any update on where my order is.

Nice to find a UK company making their clothes in the UK.

I ordered a Rugby Shirt and I’m very pleased with it. The shirt if very well made and the cotton feels soft and comfortable.

Also, with reference to another review, I can confirm washing labels are included and there’s also a sticker on the bag.

The only thing I would say is that there can be a delay in despatch, I wasn’t aware of this initially but when I checked again there was a note that popped up saying the shirt would be sent within 7- days so perhaps I missed that the first day.

In any event it wasn’t a concern to me and i actually received the top on the 7th day of ordering, which I think is good.

I would definitely buy from them again.

I recently popped into the Toffs store, with a previously purchased retro football top & exchanged no problem.

I originally bought the top some time ago, tried it on, too small, but done nothing about it, just left it in the wardrobe covered up, with tags still on.

Luckily I was travelling to the area where their store is, so I took the top in there, explained the situation, and they agreed to swap it for a bigger size.

I was so happy they done it, as I mentioned to them as soon as I walked in, that I'm here in hope more than expectation. Having said that, the top in question was in immaculate condition, as it would be, being kept covered up.

The ladies who dealt with me, took it away to examine it, which I entirely expected, then returned to honour the exchange. One of the ladies was head of exchanges, so she would've known for sure if it had previously been worn or washed..

Really disappointed. Bought this shirt for my husband who had wore it three times and I washed it twice. It shrank it now fits my child. According to the washing instructions it can only be washed at 40 degrees. It is 100 percent cotton and as it is white I washed it on a hotter temperature which you should be able to do for cotton. It should state when buying this item that it needs to be on a low wash. Its expensive at £65 and useless now

For the price I paid for one top I expect much faster service and a shred of customer service.

I ordered something from China two days after I ordered this (I live in the UK) and the Toffs order arrived a day later than that!

When I emailed to check on the status I received a short, robotic reply to 'refer to the website'.

Quality of the product seems okay, otherwise this would have been 1 star.

A huge thank you for the long-sleeved birthday jersey of Scotland it is beautiful and of high quality I recommend at 10000% I will come back and recommend without hesitation you will not find better elsewhere and super nice

What an absolute gem of a company. Visited their factory today and made a few purchases of retro football shirts and from the moment I walked in it was just a warm welcome. As a customer you always like to feel valued and it happens here, the staff are superb. Then the items they have just ooze quality. Seriously everything about TOFFS is just quality. I am over the moon with my purchases and will be back. Honestly why go anywhere else they have your needs at heart and unlike many other outfits they deliver Quality which translates into Value for money! TOFFS you are the best!

Great service provided by toffs. Ordered a bucket hat for play off final and they ensured it arrived on time by upgrading the delivery. Excellent quality for a great price.
