Very friendly service from all the staff. The dentist was also very professional understanding and knowledgeable.

The reception staff were welcoming.
The environment was clean and well kept.
My dentist was very friendly and I felt that she did a thorough check up ... and explained everything very well to me.
My appointment was on time.
The only negative comment is that parking on street nearby can be difficult

After having an emergency appointment I was given a prescription that needed to be stamped at the desk this wasn’t explained to me so I drove all the way home to another town to collect it and had to drive all the way back, I felt judged by the dentist and didn’t feel there was any warmth in the way I was treated in fact quite the opposite the nurse of the dentist was kind and she helped explain when I was asking questions that I didn’t understand the answers from the dentist. Very disappointed in how I was treated

Kind, professional, good at explaining what they're doing and how you can take care of your teeth.

Being a very nervous patient, I felt very cared for. M. Patel and his nurse made me feel very at ease and it was over in a few minutes. Very happy with my experience with this appointment.

Reception always great here. My new dentist M.A. is really great and understanding. Although treatments are not fun, I felt at ease and confident with good support.

The receptionists, dentist assistants and Rudy the dentist were all professional, cheerful and treated me effectively on time. If I hadn’t been at the dentists it would almost have been pleasant!

Dr. Shah was thorough with her examinations and answered all my queries regarding my concerns.

Was in agony with tooth ache and although I couldn’t be seen on the Monday, I was seen on the Tuesday and the care and empathy was freely given. The dentist made sure to book my next appointment herself as she said she needed to book a 1/2 hour appointment to be able to do the work efficiently.
