Excellent treatment as always.
Very helpful staff.

My hygienist was very polite, and through, quick but also attentive.
I know i have had this conversation before, I do feel very exspensive for 10/15 minutes work.
Hygienist even more so, especially if you have to have it 3 monthly, with the cost of living so high.
Otherwise pleased. X

Matthew is excellent. I’m a very nervous patient and he is very kind, gentle but thorough. Would highly recommend.

Went for some fillings last week. My dentist Soosan she's so gentle and puts you at ease would definitely recommend her. Also the receptionists are outstanding professional and friendly rolled in one cannot fault that practice as been going there for about 10 years now.

I was not kept waiting and the hygenist was very gentle and cleaned my teeth very well would recommend her

Meeting the dentist for the first time gave me confidence. He had a difficult to pronounce name but I'll call him Joe.

On time Dentist told me what she was going to do cannot fault her work she is very good pleased I have a good dentist

This was the third consultation with the dentist, Mr Savraj Basra. As I had booked an appointment, I didn't have to wait.
Thanks to the skills of Mr Basra, the procedure was painless. He is very professional, calm, efficient and friendly. Thank you!

The staff were excellent, on time and l was very pleased with the appearance of my teeth after the polish.
The water procedure meant no pain was felt.

I would highly recommend the hygienist and dental nurse.

As an emergency I received excellent service, same day appointment, very quick treatment and very easy to get.

I had an appointment on 20th August, the dentist was very friendly, helpful and explained everything to me

As I recently broke my dentures so that I required appointments at the surgery and a new denture , the treatment I have received has been excellent and very quick with my new denture in place after only three weeks , the dentist and his nurse helped me understand the process very well and I have full confidence in the dentist and his professional ability for future treatment ,
Rebecca his nurse is always helpful and cheerful , 5stars to them ,.

when i arrived i was nervous like most patients.The ladies at the reception were full of smiles.The dentist and dental nurse made me feel at ease as it was a 20minute appointment.Walked out 20minutes later with a smile on my face.

As always, my dentist was friendly and professional. I had damaged a tooth , and he explained carefully what treatment would be needed, and the options available. I have total confidence in my dentist.

An amazing practise, grest receotionists, dentists and assistants. However, I attended yesterday and from word go the dentist was obviously annoyed with me, unnecesssrily sharp with demeanour. I'm 73. I felt I was being told off by my granddaughter about a oroblem with my denture. I was made to feel a nuisance, not to return if same problem recurred! I felt so embarrassed I apologised and left winded and jn tears. I wasn't criticising, I was asking for support. I have contacted the Practise for resolution.
