I registered an account with Toobit, passed full KYC, and deposited $4600 USDT.
After trading, my balance grew to around $6000.
The platform later restricted my account, allowing me to withdraw only the deposited amount. All profits were blocked.
Currently:
• Futures are frozen,
• Spot trading is possible, but withdrawals for any coin are disabled.
Support first responded with general templates, then stopped replying completely (no answer since September 1, 2025).
I provided all requested documents and confirmed that I have only one verified account. Despite this, Toobit continues to withhold funds without presenting any proof of violations.
This experience shows that while you may trade and deposit here, you cannot rely on being able to withdraw your balance beyond your initial deposit.

I will not use this platform!! I had barely started trading in Toobit and happened to be about $750 upside down in a trade. While scrolling through pages I accidentally bumped the flash close button! To add insult to injury, I would have made money eventually on the trade as my particular crypto turned around a day or so later! This is WAY too easy to do! I contacted customer support….crickets. Never using this garbage app again!!

Please do not deposit to this exchange, i had an account for months where i traded and was mostly losers but as soon as i made some profit and tried to withdraw they only let me withdraw my initial. Be advised this is real TOOBIT exchange not some clone. Find bigger or decentralised exchanges do not use toobit under any circumstances.
Response for toobit reply: What is there to investigate you simply took my profit from me and said that my trading is abnormal nothing else, i just push buy or sell nothing abnormal about that. You just don't like winners you are running the exchange like a bucket shop. Customer support response was that they don't see the reason exactly. I got no bonus registration . a youtuber promote the platform that you get 50$ on upon registration without deposit , i entered the link i saw on the page that it's true i get 50$ by just registering . so i registered on 4 august and talked to support they said it takes up to 10 days for the bonus to come. here 10 days gone and i got nothing . my uid : 964917519

After I made some profit shorting MYX token, withdrawal was prohibited. I chatted with support and they said it was "unreasonable profit", "inappropriate income" then froze my account.
Ps: They said prohibited strategy but make a trade before funding and closing it after funding is nothing wrong. My total profit is only $90 so if you want to earn more than that then don't deposit money in this scam exchange or you will lose everything.

Since february i try to get my money back which was refunded to my toobit withdrawal address.
The problem is that the withdrawal address is different to the deposit address.
Now toobit says its not their receiving address.
But its their withdrawal address which looks like a pool address from toobit.
This support communication is taking way too long.
I got no responses to my mails since months.
Toobit is a complete joke and don't want to satisfy any customer.
For me it's a red flag.

P.S. Despite Toobit reply here claiming they resolved the issue and giving me a peace of mind for a moment, I just checked now and I am not able to exit the trade. Restrictions have still not been lifted. And customer service chat also just confirmed that saying, “I checked your account and it is still waiting for the specialist to process it. “. I just joined Toobit today and was taking some short term scalping trades. I took a position and then all of a sudden I can no longer exit, my account got restricted saying it is due to "risk control" and I can no longer trade or withdraw.
I reached out to customer service chat and they told me to do advanced KYC so I did. And now they are just telling me to be patient. Every time I am asking their customer service they are just saying "be patient", their English is not even good, seems like they are telling me they are doing some kind of review. Very frustrated.

Occasional promotions on Toobit add value to the trading experience. It's a nice incentive for active users.
Customer support has been incredibly terrible and I do mean this. When contact for help about my sign up bonus they asked me to send in a submission and then when I do send a submission they then reply back to send another submission of the same exact thing. I had spoken to an agent who said they would help me and they would review my account and then a few minutes later it disconnects me from the agent and it says all agents are busy and doesn’t connect me back. This has been very frustrating and one of the worst customer supports I have ever experienced. I was told I would be contacted by email and still no help from anyone.
