Bought a Hyundai pole saw last year and haven't had the chance to use it as was taken seriously ill. I've sent two emails in the last month asking about the hedge cutting attachment but no reply. So customer service has let you down

I ordered 2 x Ah wilwaukee batteries, both faulty after one carge, now I ordered a hyundai petrol hedge trimmer first pull of the cord starter it broke. And you make it extremely difficult to report the faults.

Poor customer service and replacement of damaged items
We love the products we purchased, however, first lot we purchased had a damaged item, 2 weeks later they are sending DPD to pick it up, any sane person would have sent the replacement at the same time, so that we are not without for another 2 weeks!! Terrible customer service. Then we reluctantly ordered more pack out items. Ordered before 12 on Friday as it said next day delivery!! Nope came Wednesday!! Having spent over £1500 in last 2 weeks we find it very frustrating with lack of comms from company on delivery info but mostly the poor customer service on the wait for replacement item. We would have kept the damaged item if they had offered a good discount but nope 10% which is a joke really when spending £100s of pounds with them. Guess they will just send it out to someone else. Where is the good Will gestures with customers! I have spent many years in the customer service sector. Including owning and running a shop on the high street and customer service was the core to my business,

Great piece of kit.
Good price, they used Royal Mail for delivery and it came in a couple of days and was well packaged. I bought the Hyundai pole trimmer, brush cutter kit.

Never again...
Back and forth for about a month now. 4 items out of 13 never arrived, one arrived damaged. Delivery service took 1 picture not showing the damaged side of the box and toolden are refusing to do anything about it. Delivery came open, very poor packaging, no protection whatsoever.. shocking customer service would rather pay more for tools and actually get them been almost a month now..
