I ordered a mawalkee impact gun from tool den and few other items the first delivery that I got I got an empty box got In contact they sent a new one out and it took another week too turn up was just a disappointing first experience was a good price tho

Really good customer service. I’ve bought a product from their website but Royal Mail delivered it to another address, hence I got in touch with them in regards to it. They have answered promptly and sent another product straight away.
