I ordered and paid for my item including shipping cost. Then get a call from service rep that shipping will cost additional 140 dolloars. No money no ship no other optionss given. Job was scheduled around deliver of item. It would have cost more money to delay shipping than pay what was asked. Tool fetch had me in a position where i had no choice than to pay black mail amount.

Robert Murner was very helpful! He got us great pricing and even a turnaround sooner than we expected. The machine came in great working order. I did have an issue and Robert was able to get tech support on the line and we were able to diagnose the problem quickly. It has been a great addition to our shop.
