Took 4 or 5 months to get tool
Took 4 or 5 months to get a simple gearwrench and when I called the number to cancel the order and couldn't get through. Very disappointed. When I ordered from a competitor since this one took sooooo long. They had it to me in 7 days.

We do contact our customers if there are any extended delays in shipping. We would love to speak with you to clarify the situation.
Issues
The first time I called the person was not friendly and seemed annoyed to help me. We paid for a 3day delivery and it was three days before I even could get tracking information. There seems to be no follow up. The second time I needed to place an order, I tried to do it on the website and I got an error response. So I called and the person wanted to try to do it on the website. By this time I am frustrated and I asked, "Can't you just take my order?" Then they did. Still no follow up on any kind of shipping information and we paid for 3 day shipping again. When we pay for 3 day shipping, we should have our items in 3 days. I'm sorry, but this has just not been a pleasant experience with your company either time. If I leave my company name, will our service be worse?
