Day in oldest civilization
We started planning 10 months before our trip travelling through Egypt & dealing with Latif of Deluxe Tours (not to be confused with Deluxe Travel) was a breeze. He was helpful, informative & made good suggestions. He helped us (group of 8 friends) arrange our domestic travel (train & plane), tours, transfers & can also get good prices for hotels & the Nile cruise. The drivers appointed were punctual & most importantly safe drivers in good new vehicles (with excellent airconditioning). The tour guides used by Deluxe are all excellent but special mention goes to Nevin in Cairo. She is the best guide ever - her knowledge is excellent but her friendly, helpful manner made each of our tours with her extra special. She truly went above & beyond to make sure each of our group members was well looked after. Also special mention to our guide Mohamed in Alexandria.
Overall - I would highly recommend using Deluxe Tours for planning & booking your tours in Egypt. Latif & his team will definitely meet your expectations & you will have a great trip. It is much better to book directly with a trusted local travel agency than going through a foreign one (who will end up using a local agency again).

Faith in the order department was very knowledgeable and helpful. Initially the equipment was to have free shipping fee, but it later turned out not to be the case. Faith was very apologetic and got me a bit of a discount on the shipping. The equipment arrived in a timely manner to my freight forwarder in Miami, and I was able to meet my project deadline in the Cayman Islands.

I was first taken back by the beat up condition of the entire unit. then after the required runaround, they offered me less money compensation that shipping it back. in the sake of time passed already, I opted to use the one sent, and they would send me an accessory they had for this unit. but again was taken back when they sent me the same accessory ,but for a different unit, that would not work with my unit. again ,after the usual runaround they finally sent me the correct parts, and I have used the unit a couple of times since now , I am happy with my purchase now .

Shipment was not complete and is still not complete six weeks later. Credit card was charged for the full amount right away. Had to contact customer service who stated that the supplier was out of stock and the item was back ordered.

Ordered the Kennedy 4 drawer unit
Ordered the Kennedy 4 drawer unit, unfortunately it arrived with shipping damage, spoke with Ryan and they filed a claim with the shipper and shipped another one. When that arrived it to was damaged. Thanks to Ryan and his team a third one was sent through a different carrier and received it damage free.
The customer commitment is outstanding. Ryan kept in contact with me and kept me in the loop every step of the way. I now have a great product and a great experience dealing with the frustration of receiving two shipment damaged boxes.

Are you serious?
This company promised delivery within days, charged my card $207 on Oct 22 then sent me an email with a expected delivery date of Jan 2022.
I canceled the order and have been trying to get a refund ever since. This is the absolute worst merchant I have ever dealt with.
Here's my last email to their customer service:
Are you serious? You did NOT complete a refund on the 27th to my Mastercard. Today is Nov 1. I have received many refunds on that card and they are at least listed as pending within 2 days. Maybe you refunded it to someone else’s card.
Your invoice is dated the 22nd, so what does that mean? It’s a meaningless document. Your unjustifiable charge to my card on an item you promised to ship within days then changed to a Jan delivery date, that charge hit my card the very next day.
I don’t believe you are being honest with me. Your company is either criminal or criminally incompetent. I will be sure to share my experience on every review site available.
Update 11/2/21: Company replied that the refund was 'cleared out' on 10-27. I don't know what that means but it is now 11-2 and no still refund to my Mastercard.
Update 11/5/21: I never received a refund from Toolfetch, so I had to file a dispute with Mastercard who resolved it in my favor and posted a permanent credit to my account.

The worst online experience
Back in May, I ordered a $3500.00 Husqvarna PG280 and expected it to be sent within the 5-7 business days as advertised on their website. When I did NOT receive my order, I called customer service and was told that it was on back order. I was given a specific date they were going to ship out the item... that day came and still I received nothing. Not even a email. I contact them again, they apologized and provided me with another shipping date. That date also passed and I received nothing. Contact sales rep Ryan Wentzel and was told that the item was not in stock and was given another date for shipping. No surprise, they did not ship the item🤦♂️. I spend all morning trying to resolve this issue but was fed nothing but false promises. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER HAD THE MISFORTUNE TO DO BUSINESS WITH..HANDS DOWN!
TO ANYBODY THAT IS THINKING OF PURCHASING ANYTHING FROM THIS POOR EXCUSE OF A COMPANY, DO YOUR SELF A FAVOR AND ORDER FROM ANY OTHER COMPANY ON THE PLANET AND YOU WILL RECEIVE BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE.

NEVER RECEIVED $900.00 CONCRETE SAW
. We ordered a Husqvarna 12" $900. 00 concrete saw nearly 3 months ago. It was suppose to be delivered right away. After about a month we received the Husqvarna promotional pull over but no saw. We emailed Luke and when he replied he said usps had lost the order. Because Luke was so quick to respond to the first email and expressed he needed time to get a follow up with usps that we would be patient. We tried toolfetch because they offered the saw we needed for a little less then we could get it elsewhere. It has been over 3 months with no follow-up and no saw. We have emailed Luke and others from his team with no response. We fault ourselves for not reading the many reviews that expressed shipping issues. We order online a lot with very few if any shipping issues. We will be happy to edit this post if someone from tool fetch would respond and get us the saw we purchased.
