Placed an order on 8/22 (paid in full) confirmation email received. I contacted customer service on 8/28 because I haven’t received shipping confirmation or another word from “ToolSource” Customer service said, “I just called the warehouse about your order, I will get back with you and let you know.” (Like this happened magically before I called) I was hoping to get this before the holiday weekend. Received email on Friday 8/30 informing me the part was not available until mid December, I could wait or contact customer service. I waited until after the holiday weekend and contacted customer service Tuesday 9/3 and canceled the order and requested a refund. I expected a couple of days, I contacted customer service again on Monday, 9/9 to see if she had processed my refund. I received an email on Tuesday, 9/10 stating the warehouse never informed them the order was canceled.

Shipping is excessive for a small part, 3/8" drive x 1/2" socket at ~$3.00 for the part whereas the shipping is a minimum of $14.95. Otherwise a great resource for tools!

Check out was easy. Frustrated I could not get someone on the phone. Wished I would get a response sooner than I did.
Extremely easy to locate what you want and check out. Prices are great, as well.
I ordered blades. And if it weren’t for me inquiring about a tracking #, I would of never found out this is on back order until mid July. This is a total joke !
They are not refunding me what I paid. "I did not pay $79.70. I paid $95.65." I also called the number they provided multiple times and they never seem to answer the calls.

Website check out process too difficult said my payment card info wasn't correct when it was as well as my billing and shipping address. Had to use Paypal just to get the order placed in a timely manner.

Brutal operation. Paid for and waited four months for a tool before finally giving up and cancelling the order.

It appeared more like you didn't want to honour the price you had posted.
You quickly posted a new and much more expensive price immediately after the order was cancelled.
I was able to immediately obtain the wrench at a better price than your original price from a much more reputable organization than ToolSource.
