Overall good mower with useful self-propel
Overall, I am pleased with the purchase. The lawnmower appears well built, easy to assemble, and performs well for my garden size. The self-propelled function is particularly helpful on larger areas and slight slopes. There were some cosmetic issues on arrival and the mower did not include a printed instruction booklet, which would have been useful during assembly and setup. However, customer service resolved the issue satisfactorily.

Great mower shame that when it was delivered it had parts missing so had to wait a good week to use it sent 4 emails and no reply so called them in the end to sort the parts and after the week they came .

Good price and delivered on time. Had to chase the order a couple of times but eventually met delivery timescale. Some minor transit damage on goods (ride on mower) but was offered compensation which was accepted. Overall good experience and would recommend.
