I called service reception this morning with a software problem, and spoke to a very helpful girl, she got my problem sorted out by lunchtime. The mechanic who dealt with it was also first class, very knowledgeable and efficient.

Wouldn't use this company again!
Brought a car from the Basildon branch which was faulty, after finally getting the car changed (I had to do all the work) the second car in less than a year is found to have a £1000 issue which would have been known before selling me this car and im told is something that cover as its a known fault. Emails ignored and Peugeot Customer service completely useless in getting the issue/branch issues resolved. Wish I never brought the car!!!

I would like to start off by saying this 5* review is for the MG garage and Sarah on the customer service desk specifically. I had a poor experience to say the least with the AA / MG breakdown service this week and Sarah was wonderful - going out of her way to be as much help as she could be, given the situation I had been put in by AA. I would have been tearing my hair out without her assistance and kind support. Sarah also made the effort to call me each day with an update until our vehicle was fixed, knowing I have a 3month old baby to be driving around.
5*s because I can't give her 10.
