Worst level of service ever!

This company dont know their backside from their elbow!!! Placed an order online in July, told it would be three weeks for order to arrive. This wasn't issue as kids weren't due back at school until spet. When we checked online it said none in stock in the store. We.decided to call in and check and low and behold they had them in stock, their website stated none on store! So now 4 weeks have passed and still no cardigans. We got an email to say they would arrive that weekend. Again, no cardigans arrived. 6 weeks have passed now and spoke to customer service who couldn't give an explanation. Again stated there was one in stock in the store, we rang the store who stated they had none. Another 2 weeks have passed, no update, no cardigans. Spoke to customer service again and told they would arrive in the warehouse in another 3 weeks time and then dispatched. This whole process has been ridiculous. This company knows every year that the demand will be there yet they fail to prepare or provide the service they state they do! They clearly don't know what stock they have, when it's coming in and when it will be dispatched. They never provide updates and speak to customers poorly! Absolute disgrace of a company!

Topform Ireland have been excellent

Topform Ireland have been excellent. I had my kitchen fitted in Birmingham from a local kitchen company. Once installed I saw a cloudy film on some of the worktops that would not come off. I contacted Topform worktops as they are the manufacturers. Paul was ever so helpful. He even offered to replace all the worktops and get them tested. Luckily over the next few weeks the cloudy film came off so I didn’t need to replace them all.

Paul has been great. He initially gave me a few solutions to try and get rid of cloudy film but when that didn’t work he offered a full replacement.

The customer service has been great. Paul has listened to everything I said and offered solutions even though we didn’t buy directly from them.

Purchased a topform countertop and…

Purchased a topform countertop and after a year and half the front of the countertop came away from the top, it was a top shape with a square edge. Contacted topform and was advised to contact fitter, fitter advised that topform would not replace unless it was inspected, this ment he would have to remove it and send it back. Where it would then be established if it was a manufacturer fault. So I was left with the option to leave my kitchen without any worktop while topform decided if it's was manufacturing fault!! If they agreed then they would replace it, or else I would have to pay for a new one and only again if they agreed it was a manufacturer fault would they refund me. I asked for a representative to inspect on site and they refused, my fitter inspected it on site and advised that it was not a misuse fault but they would not accept that. Also beware in the terms and conditions you are not allowed go leave water "rest" on the counter, so basically any water damage topform can quote that water was resting on the top!!! Level of customer service is just awful, as long as they can pass the blame they will.
